Terms of Delivery

These Delivery Terms govern the ordering and use of the Qaitel Talk service (“Service”).

By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Delivery Terms. Use of the Service is also subject to the then-current Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between the Delivery Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. Product and Nature of the Service

Qaitel Talk is an AI-powered call management and call routing service delivered as a digital (SaaS) service.

The Service is delivered electronically and does not include any physical products.

The Service is primarily intended for business customers (B2B).

3. Available Payment Methods

Payments for the Qaitel Talk service are processed via Paytrail.

Payment service provider

Payment processing and payment services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

 

Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on the Customer’s bank statement or card statement and will transfer the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, customers are requested to contact the service provider primarily.

Available payment methods may include:

  • major credit and debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
  • online bank payments
  • other payment methods offered by Paytrail from time to time

 

Available payment methods are shown to the Customer at checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service is subscription-based. The Customer provides valid credit card details when placing the order.

Any free pilot period will be fully credited against future invoices.

After the pilot period, the Service fee under the then-current subscription will be charged automatically to the Customer’s provided credit card.

All prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.

5. Delivery Method and Delivery Time

Qaitel Talk is delivered digitally.

The Service will be available immediately, or at the latest at the start of the pilot, once:

  • the order has been placed, and
  • payment details have been provided

 

Service activation typically takes minutes unless otherwise agreed.

Use of the Service requires a functioning internet connection and telephony service.

6. Returns and Refunds

As Qaitel Talk is a subscription-based digital service, it does not have a traditional right of return.

Any free pilot period is fully credited and no charges will be invoiced to the Customer for it.

If the Customer terminates the Service after the pilot period, fees already paid will not be refunded unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Term and Termination of Contract

The Service remains in effect until further notice unless otherwise agreed.

The Customer may terminate the Service at the end of the then-current billing period. Termination must be made before the start of the next billing period.

Complaints and questions related to the Service, billing, or payment transactions should primarily be submitted by email to:

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Delivery Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
