What happens if the right person isn’t available?
If the call can’t be connected immediately, Qaitel Talk offers the caller the option to leave a voicemail. The voicemail is delivered automatically to the recipient, for example via email.
How does the AI know where to route a call?
The caller explains in their own words why they’re calling. Qaitel Talk uses speech recognition and language technology to identify the intent and route the call based on predefined rules.
How does the AI handle calls?
Qaitel Talk uses advanced speech technology and Finnish-language AI that understands customer questions and responds naturally. The AI can hold conversations much like a human.
How does Qaitel Talk receive calls in practice?
Setup is done via call forwarding. Your company number forwards calls to Qaitel Talk, where the AI answers and routes the call to the right person. If the recipient isn’t available—or if it’s outside your defined service hours—Qaitel Talk captures a callback request and forwards it by email.
What languages does Qaitel Talk support?
Currently, Qaitel Talk supports Finnish and English. Additional languages may be added later.
