Terms of Use

General

These Terms of Service apply to the Qaitel Talk service provided by SFG Yhtiöt Oy, which is produced, owned, administered, and maintained by SFG Yhtiöt Oy.

Customer Support

Qaitel Talk customer support is available by email at support@qaitel.com.  Messages are answered on weekdays.

SFG Yhtiöt Oy may provide the Service in the manner it deems appropriate and reserves the right to modify the Service and its content. All ownership rights and intellectual property rights in the Service content belong to SFG Yhtiöt Oy or its partners.

By using the Service, the user accepts these Terms of Service and agrees to comply with them. The user agrees not to use the Service or any data within it for commercial purposes (for example, direct marketing) and not to use the Service in violation of these Terms. Publishing, copying, embedding, transferring, or storing the Service or any part of it is prohibited, except for storing or printing for private use.

If the user is a minor, it must be ensured that their legal guardian consents to the use of the Service and the processing of personal data, and is aware of the content of these Terms and the Service’s privacy notice.

The user is responsible for all costs incurred in connection with using the Service, such as telecommunications charges. The user is responsible for acquiring and maintaining the devices, network connections, and any third-party software required to use the Service (that are not part of the Service) and must ensure that they do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or telecommunications network traffic.

SFG Yhtiöt Oy may block or terminate a user’s access to the Service if these Terms are materially breached or if the user otherwise misuses the Service in a way that causes harm to SFG Yhtiöt Oy, other users, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Neither SFG yhtiöt Oy nor its service providers make any promises regarding the Service beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms. For example, SFG yhtiöt Oy does not warrant or commit in any way to the accuracy of the Service content, its functionality, error-free operation, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Service is provided “as is.”

To the extent permitted by law, SFG yhtiöt Oy and its service providers disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profit, or data, as well as financial loss or other indirect damages. To the extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of SFG yhtiötOy and its service providers for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to EUR 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumers’ statutory rights.

Qaitel Talk Service

Qaitel Talk is an AI-powered virtual PBX and call routing service that receives calls directed to the Customer’s business, analyzes the call content, and seeks to connect the call to the appropriate person or team in accordance with rules defined by the Customer.

The Service includes, among other things:

  • 24/7 reception of inbound calls

  • routing calls to the correct person or group

  • support for Finnish and English

  • for unanswered calls, the ability to record a voicemail message

  • delivery of voicemail messages to an email address specified by the Customer or another agreed channel

The Service is not an emergency calling service and must not be used for emergencies.

Entry into Force

The user does not have a right of withdrawal under consumer protection legislation for the Service, because the Service has been fully performed or the electronic performance of the Service has, with the customer’s consent, begun before the withdrawal period has expired.

Use of Service

The Customer agrees to:

  • use the Service in accordance with applicable law

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information for use of the Service

  • not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or improper purposes

The Customer is responsible for the routing rules, recipients, and contact details configured within the Service.

Service Availability

The service provider aims to deliver the Service without interruption but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or disruptions in third-party systems.

Prices and Payments

Current prices and pricing principles are presented at the time the Service is ordered. SFG yhtiötOy may change the price list and pricing principles and may change a free Service to a paid Service, or vice versa. SFG yhtiötOy is not obligated in any circumstances to refund fees paid by the customer.

The service provider may change prices by notifying the Customer in advance.

Termination

The Customer may terminate the Service at the end of the then-current contract term. The service provider may terminate the agreement if the Customer materially breaches these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the service provider or its licensors. The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Privacy

SFG yhtiötOy keeps customer data confidential and processes data in accordance with the principles set out in the privacy policy.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the right to process and provide to the Service any personal data required for use of the Service.

SFG yhtiöt Oy has the right to conduct direct marketing to Service users and the right to display advertisements in connection with search results or other products and services.

Miscellaneous

Finnish law applies to the Service. Any disputes related to the Service shall primarily be resolved through negotiations between SFG yhtiötOy and the user. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki. A consumer customer may also bring an action before the district court of their municipality of residence.

If a dispute concerning the agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may also refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advisory services of the local register offices (Digital and Population Data Services Agency). The consumer may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

These Terms of Service enter into force on 23 January 2026 and remain valid until further notice. SFG yhtiötOy reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be communicated on the Qaitel Talk service website.
